  1. Freedom of Speech does not mean you can say whatever you want. It just means you are not punished by the government for it ... within reason. For example threatening with violence or other forms of hate speech is a problem or defamation. As long as your speech is not impeeding the rights of others you can say whatever you want.

  2. We really need to educate people and kids more the finer points of free speech. Social Media gave everyone a tool for that but a lot of people cannot responsibly use it. They not know the difference between facts and opinion, between disinformation, misinformation and lies. That people complain about lying about facts but care less about lying on your opinion - unless you are a politician. The difference between biased and unbiased and the importance of honesty on that. And they often lack the know-how and abilities to detect disinformation and manipulations attempts.

  3. Hatespeech has a definition. For example calling for violence or worse would be hate speech. Calling someone a Fascist is not hatespeech. It is opinion maybe an argumentation when you can show it which Greene constantly does without realizing because she not really know the true meaning of the word.

  4. This is one of the problems sometimes they not really know the definition of the word and "interpret" what they could mean. There are quite a lot of them actually and I'm afraid this is part of the plan that people not know the meaning. They just heard it's bad so they assume the same.
