  1. This is not de-escalation, it's the oppossit. This cop is a potential danger to public safety, if not on that day then maybe on something more serious in the future. He needs to go.

  2. Interesting that he lost it on "go back to your work". A normal person would ignore it or say "as soon as I can". Is it possibe he hates his work or does as little as possible? Mockery and being called out are things these unstable individuals really hate.

  3. Frankly the police needs to test applicants for tendencies of being a bully. Everyone who is has no place in the police force. Bullying is used to cover up incompetence, ignorance and insecurity. And because a failed bullying attempt is even more insulting to them bullies always look for the weak and vulnerable first ... this is something you not want in law enforcement therefore bully test.
