  2. I heard that a shutdown is very likely soon. Congress is going to the summer recess soon and have only completed 1/10 of the todo list so far. And among them is funding of the government for which they have only 12 days to pass. Without it government will shut down. I even heard them calling it a "Maga shutdown".
