  1. FYI: In practically all other democratic countries on this planet there is no "Pledge of Allegiance" everyday for schoolkids. It would be seen as indoctrination. There was something similar in east-germany under russian occupation before the iron curtain fell in 1989 and China has it to this day as well as North-Korea.
