  1. The Afghanistan War costed 2,130,000 x 1,000,000 $ in direct costs between 2001 and 2022. And another 1,800,000 x 1,000,000 $ until 2050 for healthcare and pensions for veterans. Compared to that 40,000 x 1,000,000 $ is not that much and no America soldiers are in danger. And the money does not go directly to Ukraine anyway the US military modernize it's equipment and weaponry with it and give the old stuff to Ukraine, Taiwan and Europe for defense.
