I recently heared that a Union Boss suggested that renters could form a Union. A Renters Union. This was a new concept I never heared about. Not sure if and how this could work but he was a Union Boss so it probably is worth investigating.

@johnnyguillotine1673 They benefit from the rent. What if all renters in America join the Renters Union and decide not to pay rent until they take back the latest rent increases or agree to certain minimum conditions or maximum percentages of raising the rent?

@AlisonCasilli Funny the same is said about labour unions. You really think if enough renters would be doing that that a loss of income in that order would be go unnoticed`and you as a landlord actually want to go through the search of thousands of new renters potentially keeping the property even longer unoccupied?
