Name a monarchy which is not also a democracy (like the UK, Netherlands, Sweden, Japan) which has better life and freedoms than the US. For the record: The introduction of a monarchy would be the end of the Republic. Republic = Has no King, Monarchy = Has a King. But you can combine Republic/Monarchy with Democracy or something else.

@wendigo53 Germany is also a Federal Republic like the US. But they have not even remotely the problem the US has and laws between states are much less extreme. So Germany must make some things better. Maybe have a look at them as example.

This should be standard even right now but it's not. Step 2) Introduce Alaskas voting system. Single Transferable Votes Meaning votes are repeated until someone has a majority of 50% of the votes. It's the fairest system in a FPTP (First Pass the Post) system Step 3) Switch to PR (Proportional Represenation) PR is like voting according to the public vote. Meaning if you get 40% of the votes you get 40% of the seats. The fairest system in the world. There are slight variations for Proportional Voting systems but it boils down to making sure Parliament looks like people voted and every vote has the same weight. PR also allows the forming of as many parties as you want. Some countries however set a minimum number like 5% in elections you need to have seats to prevent the cluttering. PR makes gerrymandering pointless.
