  1. They believe what they like. And they don't believe what they don't like. And with that they create their own reality and all and everything following is distorted to fit into this reality. That's why you have all the conspiracies because they desperatly try to make sense out of it. Reality often sucks ... but at least it makes 100% sense in the end.

  2. Truth should be mandatory. Yes critical thinking is good but you don't need critical thinking if you are always told the Truth.

  3. Education is not enough. How do you explain that so many well-off Republicans support Trump often with decent education and well-payed jobs. Truth and Truthful media is key.
