  2. What is medicare part D? Because all seems to be aligned to just this? What percentage of Americans fall under this new policy? Did I mentioned that 7 years is a lot of time. Republicans would recind this policy in an instant. And 7 years making a long long time to squeeze Americans. There is no reason to do it instantly this year.
