  1. I don't know what the law in these states precisly says now but until Roe vs. Wade was abolished it was prohibited in the 3rd trimester of pregnancy (= once the fetus is viable) unless the life of the mother was in danger.

  2. I doubt any pregnant woman would be able to abort the pregnancy once she starts feeling movement from the fetus because it really would feel like murder.
