  1. I think what some of the parents are really afraid of is their kids come home from school and see the discrimination their parents still doing and calling it out. Making the parents feel ashamed for being found out by their own kids.

  2. Whenever someone tells you something about "discrimination against whites" ask them a simple question: "Give me your best example how you are discriminated because of your skincolor?"

  3. The germans teach all kinds in school about the mistakes of the past (not once but multiple times in middleschool, highschool and above). Most classes even make a trip to one of the concentration camps turned into museums leaving a shocking reminder that this has really happened. But the kids also realize this was not their fault nor those of their parents because it was long before them. It creates awareness so you not allow it to happen again.

  4. You can teach both they are not mutually exlusive. There is no either or here. They want to you give the impression you have to choose. It's a manipulation technique. And those kids know they are not responsible ... but other white people before them.
