  1. Leave them be. Pity them and ignore them until they come to you asking for help. According to Bonhoeffers Theory of Stupidity trying to convince them with reason and logic only makes it worse. They do not use reason or logic they only use feelings and emotions. The only way to reach them is by emotions but for that you need a personal connection or you must be extremly passionate.

  2. Reality is like a puzzle game. The puzzle-pieces are informations. Truthful informations are puzzle pieces belonging to the puzzle. And like all puzzles, the more pieces you placed the easier it gets to place more and even to detect pieces which does not belong to the puzzle or are placed wrong. Lies are puzzle-pieces not belonging to the puzzle. Sometimes they have one connection which fits but all other connections are not. The danger is now if you have one wrong piece and someone throws you more false pieces those false pieces might fit to the first wrong-piece but still all those do not belong to the puzzle. The more false pieces you have the more difficult it is to place new puzzle pieces. You might even throw away puzzle-pieces which belong to the puzzle but not fit anymore to the false pieces anywhere. Rogan is full of false pieces and he has no way of detecting if they belong to the real puzzle or not. So he looks on the piece and if he likes what is on the piece he tries to fit it in. If he hates what he sees he throws it away. This is the concept of "Believe what you like and not believe what you not like". But sadly reality often sucks and is not at all what you like. So you begin to make your own version of reality and start making decissions which have not the effect you wanted ... because you not "think" in reality but in a made-up version.
