  1. You missed the point and mixed up who is Karen her. Her job is not grabbing people and trying to take their phone out of a feeling of privilege while the other side has by law the right to be there and film her. Is it a little obnoxious someone doing this? Perhaps. But as long as he does not break any laws or regulations he can. What you can not do is starting to apply violence or break the law himself. See this is as a walking honeypot for people who think they are above the law. And this civil servant was more than willing to fall for it. And if she is getting so quickly over to using violence and breaking the law - in her age - it was probably not the first time.
