  4.  @andrewjones9991  I got the informations for the 70ties and the 2020ties from LBC London. But these numbers are an interpolation. It is a highly complex topic because average income and house prices and interest rates constantly changing. And everything is regional extremly different. But for people to understand one component why younger generations have so many problems finding stability in live, start a family and living on their own, buying and financing property, why the middle class is dying out and why birth rates go radically down can be best understand by this vastly simplified metric. And reality sadly seem to confirm this. I really wished it wasn't because this is just the beginning of the problems. This can unravel society.
