  1. In half the country women lost the right to decide for themselves over their body. This is not nothing. In some red states books are banned so Freedom of Speech is also on the chopping block already. Florida for example banned the book "1984" by George Orwell. This book has nothing sexual in it but a lot about what is happening in Florida. Your right to protest - in case you want to state your opinion - is also curtailed. You lose rights all over the place and not even notice.

  2. The honor-agreement no longer works since the highest justices in the country have no honor anymore. Solutions: Strikt transparency and oversight of the Supreme court with ethic rules even stronger than those of normal Federal Judges ... or you disband the thing and start something new.
