  2. There is a simple test if you are racial biased on something: Invert the roles and decide if you are still okay with it. Therefore ask them: "Are you okay with slavery when the whites are the slaves?"

  3. Erasing the past is the same as not teaching it. Worse even in a way because you trying to hide it. And if you not learn from history you are doomed to repeat it. The right approach is learn what really happend. Thinking about it, understanding it, learning from it. To make it better next time and avoid repeating mistakes again.
