  2. The GOP is worried. Once the Democrats get a majority they can reset the elections reset the gerrymandering reset the discrimination against blue counties. And they already know on fair grounds they will lose.

  3. The reason why they make these laws unclear is because they want the courts to interpret it as they see fit. Since it's in GOP hands right to the Supreme Court you practially cannot fight against it. They making the courts rule over everybody you only need some "friendly" judges ... or bought ones.

  5. See this is the problem. This is not what they vote for. Gerrymandering makes it unfair. The GOP wins with far less voters more seats.
