I will next say something which looks rather simple but it sums up the results of thousands of pages of economy analysis over decades of research: "The more you share the more you be plentiful." ... I know sounds like I took it from the series "The Expanse" or even from a Fortune Cooky but it brings to a point an important fact: Workers are also Customers. If you starve them you starve yourself.

  2. The Inflation-Spiral by wages is a clever misinformation spread by Thinktanks and politicans to fear people into submission accepting stagnant wages. This argument completly ignores productivity meaning 1$ in workforce costs leads to much more than 1$ in gains. And this value has even gone up to history-records in the last years.
