  5. Sure there are. The United Kingdom has a Queen. Danemark, Norway, Sweden they all have a Monarchy still. But they combined Monarchy with Democracy to a Constitutional Democracy. The King not really has power. Trump however wants the old style of King or Emperor even. Xi and the CCP calls themselves a government but it's actually just another imperial dynasty the dynasty of the CCP. Putin apparently tries to be like the King of the Russian Empire before Communism come up. And he is more or less in all but name. Trump want the same. Being above the law, untouchable, undoubtable, absolute power, doing whatever he wants send from God like monarchy was in the middle ages in Europe.
