  1. There is a saying: "If you stick to the Truth ... even if you are the only one ... you will not go mad." Sounds obvious isn't it but there is a consequence of this when you not do this which is terrifing. The problem with lies is they are like puzzle pieces which are connected on one side to the your puzzle, but this piece actually does not belong to the puzzle. If you not remove it it allows to connect more false puzzle pieces making it easier to add further more. And worse if you actually have a true puzzle piece it might not fit anymore so you throw it away (!). If this continues you start doing multiple puzzles in one. And eventually you will have so many connections which do not fit to each other and worse you see fragments of two or more puzzle images that you not even know anymore which puzzle is the real one. And eventually you will go mad. This effect is called Cognitive Dissonance. When informations (puzzle pieces) lead to contradicting conclusions which makes no sense anymore. Human brains are not designed to process such things they try to avoid them at all costs. Too long exposure to this state and you will eventually begin having mental issues and you get extremly insecure making all even worse. Protect the Truth. This is not a partisan issue only one thing can actually be really true (otherwise know as "The Truth is indisputable"). This is a matter of mental health and maintaining sanity ... and avoiding making decissions with terrible outcomes ... sometimes even with harmfull if not even deadly consequences.
