Racism is a symptom not the cause. Has anybody bothered to ask what they are actually afraid of? Maybe if you can alleviate the underlying fear you can subside the racism. Or is this all just the fear from the unknown? Being racist so you have an excuse for hateing someone? Maybe to cover up the hate over your own life and mistakes because hating others is easier than hating yourself? Maybe because hating others is an welcome excuse not to hate yourself?

Hate like anger is an emotion. Have you noticed that anger cannot be distributed and is hard to limit? If you are 60 angry from one thing and 30 from another whenever you talk about either of them you are 90 angry about it in this moment. This happend to everyone of us. You accidentally transfer your anger to someone and are more angry at this person than is justified. Anger is transferable. Fox has learned this lesson well and is using it every day to collect and direct anger.

@ColinFox I think I am still not wrong about the "unknown". Our genes tell us "What is different might be dangerous" this is the underlaying instinct we constantly have to overcome. And knowing the "other" and living next to or even with them releases those fears. There are studies in the UK and US which proves that diverse areas are actually less racist. Maybe some want to maintain this seperation. And using racism to not have to try to know the "other" better. It's actually a kind of lazyness as well seen like that. It's easier to just hate than to get to know someone. And some might even get used to the hate and anger some may even be addicted to it and look for opportunites to keep it fueled.
