  1. You cannot ask Britain if sanctions against Oligarchs are helpful or not the elite is tighly connected to their wealth for 20 years now. It's not only them, it's bankers, lawyers, solicitors, investment managers, the whole financial sector, politicians, even the prime minister himself, real estate agents, private schools, universities the whole english elite is corrupted and connected by them and their money and the very least is cutting funding to those who benefited or still benefit from Putin in power.

  2. Every little helps and those sanctions are at least hitting people Putin might care about or who profited from Putin or still do. Putin does not care about his own people they are only tools for him serving and cleaning for him and dying in wars for him to get more more more.
