  1. Elon Musk is not off the hook here. He tried to buy a sportscar without having the cash for it ... just for billionaires. And he sure would not wanted to sell parts of Tesla to finish the deal. I even think he never wanted to buy all in the first place this was just the largest attempt at stock price manipulation, trying to be a Gordon Gecko of the 21st century.
