  1. Gas Prices - Maybe you should give some examples about foreign gas prices to give a perspective how distorted US prices actually are on this. It's ridiculously cheap in the US ... no wonder noone wants to talk about climate change when it's so cheap to make the problem worse.

  2. And the next topic you can talk about is fracking and how much the state subsidize fracking in order to make it financially viable. The US energy production, the wish for energy independance and the wish for cheap gas prizes has a high impact on environment and long term effects for the next 50 years or more. And I don't even talk about climate change here just about water pollution, desertification and such things.
