  1. Have you read the fineprint? Only for a handful of drugs will be put under this and god knows who is deciding which they are they will probably choose the ones least needed. There is no other reason why Sinema is agreeing to this if just 1 in 1000 drugs is put under this. And it's by far not sure the Recon-Bill will be passed at all Manchin (a Democrat) is aiming to kill the bill.
