  3. Sure there are. But Trump more and more ignores them. And ignores the justice system who still enforcing them. You have to seperate between the different roles here. The judiciary with their courts, judges, supreme court and the executive with the DOJ, FBI, Marshal service and the white house.

  6. Trumps crime were real. They all had grand-juries who found the evidence convincing enough to indict a former US president. Sadly we never got the trial for them because Trump managed to escape by becoming president.

  7. Doesn't Bondi now has to prove that everyone who is taken by ICE is a criminal? Her argument is based on the assumption they are dangerous. And the burden of proof is hers. Her second problem is living undocument in the US is not a crime it's a misdemeanor. They better be real careful here because a court could now uncover their whole fake play here.

  9.  @genuinelady6067  All of Trumps court cases are based on evidence presented to a grand-jury deciding that the presented evidence justifices an indicment of a former US president. Unfortunatly Trump escaped the trials by becoming president so we will never get an answer to question "Guilty or not guilty". What the DOJ is doing here has nothing of that. It's just political.
