  4. You can't leave a country all in one day anyway. It takes time especially if you were 20 years there. Besides there are already more non-US NATO Forces in Afghanistan right now so it needs coordination with them. And I don't know it's a nice symmetrie on Sept 11 it will be 20 years a nice round number.
