  1. The so called "Free Market" and also the "Less Regulation" stuff is only there to allow companies to cheat. To cheat on price, on service, on quality, on security, on rivals, on taxes, on the customers. Both is only there to maximize profit on the costs of others. Best most recent example Texas power grid but the downfall of heavy industry and manufacturing is the same thing just going back way way longer. "Free unhinged trade and Less Regulation" without a level playing field like the EU enforces are actually both job killers. They need some time, but over 10 to 20 years the jobs will go in such scenarios and the only winners will be the owners and stock holders. Customers are cheated, jobs are transfered to the cheapest countries where cheating is easiest and the price is lowest and the environment is irraparable damaged. The US is the best of example for that how disastrous and destructive this policy can be.

  2. Cancel Culture itself it not bad, you only need to cancel the bad things. And ignore the attempts by the right wing to ridicule and enrage people by pretending cancel culture is used to cancel the good things. Why? Well because they fear cancel culture will in the end cancel them.
