  1. I know the UK system and I know the German system ... trust me. One Healthcare-System for all is the way too go. Don't allow any private healthcare besides it, don't allow multiple-insurance trusts to appear. One for all from the federal government and make it mandatory for all citizens WITHOUT exceptions or the rich will try to escape. Only pay services in public hospitals, and make the funding independent from the current government or they will seek ways to undermine it and end it (see UK). Don't allow a think-tank controlled medicine approval mechanisms. Europe is experimenting with Health-Care for over 50 years now. Please don't repeat the same mistakes again your next generations will thank you for it.
