  5. If I were Biden I would now throw the idea of Proportional Voting into the room. It would get Bi-Partisonship from all parties because PR-Voting allows a Multi-Party System. Trump can have his party, the old Republicans and on the left the Progressives can seperate themselves from the Corporate Democrats. The voters decide who says how much by their vote.
