  1. Ranked choice voting is only a workaround for a real Proportional Voting System and still not 100% transfer how the people vote to how the parliament should look like.

  2. You cannot achieve a multi-party system by offering a 3rd Party for election. The only thing you achieve is splitting the vote on the side which is more likely to consider introducing a 3rd Party and ironically making it even less likely to achieve it. That's why so many trolls try to convince you to vote a 3rd Party because it achieves the opposit. Introduce a real Proportional Voting System and you can have as many parties as you like.
