  2. If she reacts stressfull in such situation she has no place on the streets in law-enforcement. She will always be a danger. If she "accidentally" mixed up the gun with the taser after 20 years of service she lacks training and should never be in law-enforcement.

  3. If both weapons actually do feel the same, maybe the policy should change the policy to put the lethal weapon in secondary and the non-lethal in primary. I could say it differently: What is more important for the police? Kill or Overwhelm?

  4. Mr. Police-Commissionaire!? Did you forgot to tell your officer that license-plates can currently be somewhat outdated because they have a months-long queue and that noone should be stopped because of that? What is it now: Your negligence or her incompetence? Or maybe both?

  5. This sounds not okay. Finding a legal settlement for money - tax-payers money - so an officer can get away scott-free. I mean imagine the irony. The parents of the victims pay with their own taxes for releasing an officer from consequences from their sons death.

  9. People who react so stressful that they cannot distinguish lethal from non-lethal weapons in such situation have no place on the streets in law-enforcement.
