  1. Young people don't like to be forced and the military is not fond of people who are forced to serve. Volunteering is part of the motivation / morale. The only people who like that are old people who want to take revenge on the young and either have no kids or grandkids or not thought this would include their own kids.

  3. Trump and the GOP effed the veterans multiple times already by not passing certain laws or funding for them ask Jon Steward about it. It cannot be a money-issue the Pentagon gets every year massive new budgets we passing a whopping 885,000 x 1,000,000$ yes that's on it's way to 1 trillion every single year. 60% of the budget disspears in the Pentagon ("cannot be accounted for"). So where is the money? It is not with the military personel or veterans because they can barely live from it and pay their bills.

  5. I suggest you improve the wages of the volunteering professionals, the living-standard of military-facilities and help for veterans first to get more personelle. And stop funneling everything to private companies who are not interested in service but in profits and are always more expensive for less results.

  6. I just wished more young people would use their right to vote. No wonder Trump gets away with suggestions like that when only 1 in 5 young people vote. If you not vote they don't care about you. And they will always pass policies that hurt you because they know you don't vote anyway or in revenge against them.
