  1. Pharmaceutical misuse is in all cases never healthy. They are chemicals. All matter even food and drings are chemicals even simple water. And you can die from drinking too much water (however you need to drink a bathtub amount until it kills you). Everything can offset your body-chemistry to a dangerous level. And some are so potent that even a small amount can be enough. Vice-versae a small amount can be benefitial it's a question of balance.
