  2. This is not okay. If the local representative changes party or goes rogues the constituants in that district should be able to recall their representative and hold a special election.

  3. No a special election has to be hold. It cannot be up to the party. It must be up to the voters. The party can suggest a replacement but the voters needs to to decide who it is.

  4. Fake candidates or bribes (or both). This is criminal and anti-democratic and highly corrupt. She should lose the right to run for officer ever again and immediatly be dispelled.
