  1. The persons who cry "foul" the loudest are usually also the ones benefitting from it the least. Either because they don't have to work or have a save job they like or are so dissatisfied with their jobs that they wish they could stay on benefits. And I agree every system has the drawback of people trying to cheat on it but some hundred cases cannot be the reason to drop it for 20 mio people.
