@newworldorder7 Europeans adapt in other European countries. Many migrants outside of the EU don't. They are just here for money and no interest in learning the language, the culture and most importantly the laws and values. If migrants are mad that Europeans don't want them anymore, they should complain to the ones already here who destroyed our vision of them.

If Denmark's biggest political scandal is this mink mess, then I can safely assume everything is going well in the country.
82
@xxxxxx-rg6qr Damn, you're saltier than Pamukkale
67
Don't underestimate the ability of people to vote against their own interests.
50
"Russian people need to have hope" "Let's make Russia pay" Y'all have some weird domination fantasies.
24
@bahrmcc1041 What do you think "LGBT things" are? Rainbows? Historical figures like Alexander the Great or Leonardo Da Vinci? Gay or lesbian couples shown on TV holding hands?
20
@zerto111 Problem, most of the non-EU migrants don't integrate.
17
@리주민 How is it concerning? If they think the party in question is incompatible with their own values, why should they be forced to collaborate?
16
@MrBandholm We should just give them back to Russia 🙄
16
@ernstschmidt4725 I'm not that sure. As a Mélenchon voter, I have to recognize that France has moved to the right and Mélenchon is quite a divisive politician. Ranked choice voting does favor centrist candidates.
15
@zoomerboomer1396 Are you sure about that? If you remove the "R" from Hungary, it makes Hungay which is quite gay to me...
14
@n0visual541 Palestine is getting erased and there's no peaceful means to avoid it. What are they supposed to do? Bargain their dignity?
14
@Fireinthesky67 You're criticizing your own people though.
14
@desireandfire That's called the Great Replacement theory and people aren't usually big fans of seeing their nation, culture and ethnicity erased.
14
@evolassunglasses4673 You know you can be skeptical towards any power, right?
12
She's serving the establishment at the expense of the people by slashing social security benefits.
12
@juliane__ A "better" Europe but a destroyed France.
11
Let's send them to the US. After, they are the ones behind the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan and promoted the Arab Spring in Syria.
10
@paulallen579 They are NOT refugees for the most part, they are economic migrants. Don't tell me there isn't a safe country between Afghanistan and Europe. There's plenty with closer cultures and values: Pakistan, Iran, India, Central Asia etc.
10
@rockon3375 You mean the same Russians that are struggling in Ukraine???
10
@Intreductor I know you're a old fart but the USSR has been dismantled 30 years ago.
10
Where do you live? Presidential elections are the most important in France so having more than a quarter of voters not showing up to the polls is a lot. I'm also quite mad at them, Mélenchon was 1 point away from Le Pen. The second round would have been way more interesting with a left wing candidate rather than having a remake of the 2017 election. On the other hand, the media kept saying that it was going to be Le Pen vs Macron for years so I understand why they didn't vote out of weariness.
9
@LevisH21 Also, forgot the storming of the Capitol? Hypocrite.
9
@eljanrimsa5843 How? Taubira is so vapid and her only success in this campaign was to add yet another candidate on the left. She's absolutely useless.
9
@karankapoor2701 "Indians try not to be obsessed with Muslims for more than 5 minutes" challenge (FAILED)
9
@coderentity2079 Oh no, a union of democracies don't want an authoritarian state inside them... How weird.
9
As someone who admires architecture but doesn't like the generic and nameless buildings showcased on the banknote, I disagree.
9
Yes but people are tired of this dynamic so more and more people don't go to vote anymore.
9
@LevisH21 STFU Yankee.
8
@numega7323 "Refugees". They aren't for the most part and these so called refugees travel through dozens of SAFE nations before setting a foot in Europe.
8
@jamesgrover2005 Ah yes, rich people definitely do not exploit migrants to keep wages down for everyone and ethnic diversity doesn't threaten social cohesion. Thinking we can handle all the misery in the world is the biggest scam the left has been responsible of.
8
Yeah many people fighting on the Ukrainian side are Russian-speaking Ukrainians. Putin's rationale behind "let's bring all Russians together" is the dumbest nationalist propaganda.
8
"Disapproving tweets" OMG so harsh, so scary.
8
Nope, it's just as bad. It's also a first-past-the-post system.
8
@paulallen579 "Investigating". No they aren't. It's impossible to verify the past of thousands of migrants at once. They let them in without any real check.
8
Hell no, no wants the PS or the LR (moderate left and right) to come back. They have fused into Macron's party LREM and it just shows that there's no difference between the two of them.
8
Can you annex France?
8
@mistekfcio Well, many in Macron's party hold similar views against "gender theory being taught in school" and gay marriage... This sounds so weird to me to see conservative politicians go against Hungary on something they agree with deep down. This law sounds just like the Christian right's basic talking points on these issues. It sucks but I don't see why it triggered that response from other EU leaders.
8
@Lapantouflemagic0 The left does offer solutions but they are not given any airtime unlike the far-right so obviously, the far right gains support.
8
@Morning404 Just re-read your comment. Mass migration is an issue since it fuels division among the working class. Honestly, we can blame both the cause (billionaires) and the consequences (unchecked immigration that lowers wages and fuels ethnic tensions).
8
That being said, Mélenchon has always been a huge supporter of the 6th Republic and he made fighting against the "presidential monarchy" a central part of his agenda. During each of his presidential run (2012, 2017, 2022), he's organized "marches for the 6th Republic", gathering around 100,000-130,000 in Paris. So while I also believe the powers of the 5th Republic can be tempting, I think Mélenchon is being honest on this issue. At least, we need someone who openly criticizes and wants to change our rotten political system unlike Macron and Le Pen who love the 5th Republic and its authoritarianism.
7
@scratchy996 Chill. Putin's Russia is nowhere near Nazi Germany.
7
@sd3776 No, it's because what's the point of worrying? You waste your precious time being anxious. If there's a war, too bad. If there's none, good. But there's nothing ordinary people can do as individuals to stop it. So better enjoy peace while it lasts.
7
@richardides2035 Easy to get that support when you curb freedom of speech and media diversity...
7
If they don't want to fight civilians hen why are there so many mass graves of tortured Ukrainians in liberated towns?
6
Mélenchon's voters are really split. One third will vote Macron, one third will vote Marine Le Pen and one third will abstain. I will personally abstain because I'm tired of all this BS.
5
@varana Except Russia has Belarus's back. And Russia has gas. And Germany was dumb enough to shut down its nuclear power plants before its coal/gas/oil power plants and therefore needs Russian gas. So yeah, nothing will happen just like nothing happened during the violent repression of the protests against Lukashenko's re-election.
5
@paulallen579 Then blame those who had the luxury to come in Europe and chose to mess around instead of integrating. Europeans are not martyrs.
5
@pppLT19 Well, the West should clean its own mess before acting like it's fighting for freedom.
5
@stooge_mobile Who actually stood up to the US when it went on a global rampage? No one. Y'all act like Russia has set these precedents when the US, lsrael and the West in general have.
