And Germany was dumb enough to shut down its nuclear power plants before its coal/gas/oil power plants and therefore needs Russian gas. I don't see the US or the EU calling out and putting sanctions on Saudi Arabia (Khashoggi) or France/Italy/Spain/etc (Snowden/Morales episode) or the UK (Julian Assange). And I'm pretty sure plenty other Western-aligned hellholes treat journalists like shit in Latin America, Africa and Asia.

  17.  @pppLT19  Someone could be arrested. If Edward Snowden was actually on that plane like France, Italy and Spain were suspecting, there's no doubt that he would have been sent to the US. The Spanish ambassador in Austria told Morales that the plane would need to be inspected for it to fly over Spain. Just goes to show that Western Europe is still America's little bitch and that whistle-blowers are not protected in the so-called free world. By the way, didn't see any real reaction to Khashoggi actual murder by this lovely democratic and liberal paradise that is Saudi Arabia.
