You are really a third world country wearing a Gucci belt. By the way, no that many people go to the US to get treated but 1 and a half million Americans seek health care abroad. Imagine, a plane ticket, a hotel room and a foreign hospital cost less than American health care.

As for who is going to pay: the billionaires and the corporations. We are also at a turning point in history with automation and robots. There are tons of ways to finance programs for the people, the vast majority of developed countries can. Why not the richest country on Earth and in history?
