@albertalberto2288 I don't think that they are free from the get go. They probably have a normal sentence in prison behind bars and then integrate these programs. Also, if they killed my dad, I would prefer to make sure they stop being violent so that no child would have to go through what I went through.

@Kevin-fj5oe Ah yes, it's not like states in the the United States have a similar population... The population excuse is so stupid. It's not like the US has trillions of GDP and could invest adequately in their education system.

@Frozo-nt2ky These companies control and are supported by your state, your government and your politicians. Also, your fellow citizens keep voting for wacko Republicans or corporate Democrats. Of course, you won't ever have the benefits that civilized countries like Finland enjoy.

@Frozo-nt2ky Then ask yourself why you imprison so many more people. The US has incarceration rates that would make a Stalinist dictatorship jealous.

@Platypus Not if the rest of the population benefits from the same advantages. Education is mostly free in Finland — for everyone. America, do better.
