But the public transport in Chicago, one of the biggest cities in the US pales in comparison. As for the "demographic issue", are you talking about how secluded neighborhoods are? Well, we have some of those issues in Europe too. We still have a strong public transportation system.

I know that if I had a gun, I wouldn't be alive today but thankfully, I never had a "quick and easy" way to unalive myself. As for killings, the US has the highest homicide rate among rich countries. Unfortunately, I don't see this changing anytime soon, Americans love their guns too much. Who cares about kids, amirite?
