  45. Working physical jobs outside in a 30+ degrees degrees weather is already dangerous. They should make them work during the night instead. This video talks about the laws you're mentioning but also that they aren't strictly enforced. The fact that it took all this time for sheikhs to realize that migrant workers are treated like slaves show how out of touch they are with reality. This also explains why they spent billions on useless projects.
