  1. ​ @v1760side  I obviously agree that what the Hamas is doing is horrific but the West doesn't seem to care when it's Gaza that's bombed by Israel. There are no "universal condemnation", no calls for "Palestine to defend itself" and no unconditional support to the Palestinian people from our leaders, no official building is lit up with colors of the Palestinian flag. Some people are more equal than others... This double standard is what led to these horrible attacks and the international community/Israel is also responsible by thinking colonization/oppression would continue unchallenged.

  5. It isn't wide. It's night so it isn't safe for the officer. She sped up and down because of the police car which wasn't slowing down. Why are you so eager to defend them? A PIT maneuver will always be more dangerous than a woman going 14 mph over the speed limit.

In terms of environmental protection and economic policies, he was detrimental and his dismissing of covid at the start of the pandemic made the crisis worse/last longer. In terms of foreign policy, no major conflict started under his presidency so it's a very good point but at the same time he intensified drone strikes and continued to give a blank check to Israel, leading to our current crisis. Where he truly deserves credit is how he called out Washington and its rotten establishment. Honestly, the Jan 7 insurrection was funny to watch, I truly can't feel sorry for the US government knowing how they support this type of destabilization and coups all over the world. They got a small taste of their own medicine. The biggest hypocrisy is Trump getting impeached/prosecuted while Bush enjoys a nice retirement despite being a war criminal that did topple a government. Just goes to show it's not about justice or actual crimes but about maintaining the establishment's power that Trump threatened.
