  2. ​ @Thekomokoro  As a European, I have truly mixed feelings about him. In terms of environmental protection and economic policies, he was detrimental and his dismissing of covid at the start of the pandemic made the crisis worse/last longer. In terms of foreign policy, no major conflict started under his presidency so it's a very good point but at the same time he intensified drone strikes and continued to give a blank check to Israel, leading to our current crisis. Where he truly deserves credit is how he called out Washington and its rotten establishment. Honestly, the Jan 7 insurrection was funny to watch, I truly can't feel sorry for the US government knowing how they support this type of destabilization and coups all over the world. They got a small taste of their own medicine. The biggest hypocrisy is Trump getting impeached/prosecuted while Bush enjoys a nice retirement despite being a war criminal that did topple a government. Just goes to show it's not about justice or actual crimes but about maintaining the establishment's power that Trump threatened.
