  1. I suggest not lifting sanctions until Russia becomes a functioning democratic nation. It is no longer a Russia vs Ukraine war thing but democratic nations vs non-democratic nations.

  3. Not a chance, especially after Europe have adjusted to live without Russian oil and gas. Hopefully USA have learn its lesson to not hand out money, like they did USSR in WW2 and the fall of USSR. I see no reason for their outcome to have changed, Russians needs to figure it out that Kremlin is not on their side. Also by doing nothing, we will see Putin crash and burn, and maybe just maybe they could turn into some democracy, but that is a lot of ifs.
