  7.  @delhidebb1749  that’s a weird take. Any UN funding is a long running thing based on commitments of member states. Single prime ministers don’t just send money on a whim. If this corruption is proven, I’m sure it will take steps to ask for investigations at the UN. It’s about investigating that UN agency and who is not doing their job in following where the money is spent. Easy for hamas as an elected government in Gaza to say the money is going to schools and hospitals. That’s where it’s supposed to be used. The problem is nobody has audited these agencies and kept them honest.

  11.  @pfemke553  gaza was left in 2005 with means to govern themselves and have resources to keep trading. They destroyed it all by voting for Hamas. Who promptly destroyed all means of production and stopped trade. Is that Israel’s fault? Um no. The only clean water supplies and other goods reaching Gazans came by Israeli kindness by continuing to allow and pay for it. Are you saying if another country came into australia and killed Australians, and we had control of their water supply, you wouldn’t turn it off? I don’t understand why there are so many people online without logic and critical thinking skills that allow them to see the whole picture. Nothing happens in a vacuum
