  2.  @stephencox4224  of course there’s corruption and you’re right it’s not mum and dad farmers who are the problems. Lots of political donors get permission to change landscapes of their farms to make more money whilst normal people don’t get any allowances. Most of the large scale land clearing these days are exactly like that. No penalties if you’re the right person or corporation
