  4.  @marydavis5234  ours is 38 hours as full time. Some have 35 hour weeks

  5.  @marydavis5234  our employers don’t have to pay for our medical. We have universal health care that is funded by government and taxpayers. Taxpayers pay 2% of tax PA if they do not take out their own private health care fund. Which costs them a hell of a lot more to have lol

  6.  @marydavis5234  our employers do have to pay 10% of our wages into our retirement funds though. We don’t have to contribute to it unless we want to

  7.  @marydavis5234  our wages and conditions are mandated in law . If they underpay us it’s a crime. All of our holidays and hours are also mandated in law. Minimum of 4 weeks holiday per year plus they have to pay us 17.5% on top of our holiday pay for these weeks . Then we get about 12 public holidays paid , a week of paid sick pay. There’s also domestic violence leave and bereavement leave if we need it
