I've been a fan of Mehdi Hassan for years. Even though I support Trump & Bolton. I'd like to ask Mehdi what he thought of the Ayatollah's response, when he was asked, uopn landing in Tehran what he'd do with democrats and replied "I'll kick their teeth in ". Then I'd ask Mehdi what he thought when Khomeini executed 7000 in his first year, more than the Shah had executed in his whole life. I'd ask him if he's read anything about the Ayatollah's prisons : under the Shah prisoners spoke of tedium and boredom , under the Ayatollah they describe torture, terror and death.

@IRLSIY , A role model ? That beats student protestors with clubs ? And sexually assaults them when they've been arrested ? The Revolutionary Guard and Hezbollah are a disgrace. Is that what you meant to say ?
