STARKEY FAILS TO RECORD THE "WEALTH CREATORS" BUT LORDS THE UN PRINCIPLED RICH AS THEY CREAM OFF THEIR ILL GOTTEN GAINS. THE RICH FARMERS ARE DOING THIS NOW - LOOK AT THE NUMBERS BEFORE THE HERITANCE TAX KICLS IN - ONLY A FEW ARE AFFECTED AND WOW.....TAX AVOIDANCE WAS CREATIVELY UTILISED TO ROB THE TREASURY WHILE WE PAYE NEVER HAVE THAT CHOICE.
